Because our products are laboratory research chemicals that must remain sealed and properly stored to preserve their integrity, all sales are final. We do not accept returns due to a change of mind, and products cannot be returned once shipped.
Exceptions
We will make it right if your order arrives damaged, you receive the wrong item, or a product fails to meet the specifications on its Certificate of Analysis. Please report the issue within 7 days of delivery.
How to report an issue
Email us at the address below with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the product and packaging. We will review your report and follow up with next steps.
Resolution
For approved claims, we may provide a replacement or refund to your original payment method, at our discretion.
Shipping costs
Original and return shipping costs are non-refundable, except where the issue was caused by our error.
